Privacy policy

言錢不一 (“Wallets don't lie”) is an independent, non-commercial research and entertainment project. This page explains what data we handle, why, and for how long. Questions or requests: hello@cash-pulse.io.

1. Visitors

  • No accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share personal data.
  • Share counters: when you preview, download, copy or share a card we add 1 to an anonymous counter (event type, card id, language, day). No IP address, cookie id, user agent or referrer is stored with it.
  • Hosting logs: the site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (rate limiting); see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our own error logs are kept for a few days.

2. Wallet sign-in (optional)

  • Sign-in only asks your wallet to sign a text message (no transaction, no token approval, no gas). The message is bound to this domain and to a one-time nonce.
  • We store your public wallet address in a signed session cookie for 24 hours, and your watchlist (the KOL pages you follow) until you remove it. Ask us and we delete it.
  • The personal check reads public blockchain data for your own address only; the result is not stored.

3. Appeals and profile claims

  • The appeal form stores what you enter (type, KOL, call, optional contact, details, evidence link), the submission time, your country (from Cloudflare) and a salted hash of your IP address (to stop abuse; the IP itself is not stored).
  • Appeals are deleted automatically after 180 days. A profile claim stores the signed message, the signing address and the result.

4. People shown on the site (KOLs)

  • The real-data section (/real/) shows public posts by public accounts and wallet addresses those accounts disclosed themselves, with links to the original post and to the public blockchain. We describe single calls, not people.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in consumer information and public-interest research about publicly promoted tokens. We keep only what is needed: post id, text excerpt, time, disclosed address, public on-chain events and prices.
  • Deleted or protected posts are re-checked automatically and hidden within about 24 hours.
  • If you are shown here you can ask for correction, objection or erasure through the appeal form or by email. We answer as fast as we can and hide disputed content while we check it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/UK, PIPA in Korea, PIPL in China, the PDPO in Hong Kong) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@cash-pulse.io.

6. Children

The site is not aimed at anyone under 18.
